The Bandsaw Box is created from a single block of wood, cut by a bandsaw, to create a simple box. My objective was to transform this wood block into an object of interest by implementing my own style. My inspiration for this project was WWI-II era ammo crates. The branding I chose was inspired by decorative ammo crates adorned with depictions of animals. The bold font choice represents militaristic undertones and demands your attention. My goal was to create a raw miniature ammo crate to be used by hunter hobbyists and rugged outdoorsmen.
